Circle Forward Session
A focused half-day session that helps you tackle business challenges, gain clarity on your priorities, and leave with a clear plan of action (which I’ll hold you accountable to!).
Overview
Most business owners have pinch points or worries. If this is you, I can help. During a half day strategy session, I will ask, listen and then help you build a clear plan to move forward. Together we look at all the growth opportunities available to you. We will decide which ones are worth pursuing and which ones we can put to one side.
Before the session you will get the opportunity to take me through your pressure points, and you will be asked to fill in a short form that will allow you to download your thoughts onto paper.
I will then use this to shape the session. Together we will work through the causes for concern. Jointly we will then come up with a plan so I can make you accountable for delivering the actions after the session.
What to expect
1.
I know that owning or running a business can mean having pinch points or worries. It’s always being said that you can spend too much time working in the business rather than on the business. This is totally reasonable - you have a business.
If this is you and you’re feeling overwhelmed get in touch. Together we can work through the issues.
You will get a short form to complete which you need to spend no more than half an hour completing and returning to me.
Then we’ll put half a day in the diary for a Circle Forward session.

At the Circle Forward session, you will talk through your challenges and we will put it all down on paper (yes we go old school).
We will talk through your ideas for growth and sift through those that might work and those that might need to be put on the back-burner.
We will filter out all the noise that distracts you in your day to day working life.
I have discussed worries with business owners of all shapes, sizes and sectors so I doubt there will be anything that I’ve not heard before.
3.
At the end of the session we will built you a full action plan. It will be written down and be yours to take away.
It will be full of actionable jobs that you’ve agreed will support you getting things done.
Importantly, I will hold you to account for making sure things are done. I will check in regularly and will always be on the end of the phone or an email to support.
If you feel like there’s more to do, then we can put another session in the diary to keep going with the good work.
